للجهات القضائية المصرية المختصة أن تأمر بتنفيذ الأحكام الجنائية النهائية
الصادرة عن الجهات القضائية الأجنبية المختصة بضبط أو تجميد أو مصادرة أو استرداد
الأموال المتحصلة من جرائم تهريب المهاجرين وعائداتها، وذلك وفقا لأحكام الاتفاقيات
الدولية الثنائية أو متعددة الأطراف النافذة فى جمهورية مصر العربية أو الاتفاقات
أو الترتيبات الثنائية أو وفقا لمبدأ المعاملة بالمثل .
