Article 12 of the Combating Illegal Migration and Migrant Smuggling Law

يعاقب بالسجن، كل من أخفى أحد الجناة أو الأشياء أو الأموال المتحصلة من أى من الجرائم
المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون أو تعامل فيها أو أخفى أو أتلف أيا من معالم الجريمة
أو أدواتها مع ثبوت علمه بذلك .
ويجوز للمحكمة الإعفاء من العقاب إذا كان من أخفى زوجا للجانى أو من أحد أصوله
أو فروعه .
