للوزير المختص - تحقيقا للمصلحة العامة - أن يرخص للأشخاص الطبيعيين أو الاعتباريين الذين يزاولون أعمال مراقبة المنتجات أو فحصها بتسجيل علامة تخصص للدلالة على إجراء المراقبة أو الفحص لتلك المنتجات وذلك فيما يتعلق بمصدرها أو عناصر تركيبها أو طريقة إنتاجها أو صفتها أو حقيقتها أو أية خاصية أخرى تميزها .
ولا يجوز التصرف فى تلك العلامة إلا بموجب ترخيص خاص من الوزير المختص .
