يعد بمكتب براءات الاختراع سجل خاص معتمد تقيد فيه طلبات براءات الاختراع ونماذج المنفعة وجميع البيانات المتعلقة بكل منها وباستغلالها والتصرفات التى ترد عليها وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون وذلك على النحو المبين فى لائحته التنفيذية .
