لا يجوز للعاملين بمكتب براءات الاختراع أن يقدموا بالذات أو بالواسطة طلبات للحصول على براءات الاختراع إلا بعد مضى ثلاث سنوات على الأقل من تاريخ تركهم الخدمة بالمكتب .
