لذوى الشأن التظلم من الأمر إلى رئيس المحكمة الآمر خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدوره أو إعلانه على حسب الأحوال ، ويكون لرئيس المحكمة تأييد الأمر أو إلغاؤه كليا أو جزئيا ، وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية .
