لهيئات البث الإذاعى ، الحق فى إذاعة المصنفات التى تؤدى فى أى مكان عام . وتلتزم هذه الهيئات بإذاعة اسم المؤلف وعنوان المصنف وبسداد مقابل عادل نقدى أو عينى للمؤلف . كما تلتزم بسداد أى تعويض آخر إذا كان لذلك مقتضى .
