تحمى الحقوق المالية على المصنفات التى تنشر بدون اسم مؤلفها أو باسم مستعار لمدة خمسين سنة تبدأ من تاريخ نشرها أو إتاحتها للجمهور لأول مرة أيهما أبعد ، فإذا كان مؤلفها شخصا معروفا ومحددا أو كشف مؤلفها عن شخصه فتكون مدة الحماية طبقا للقاعدة المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ١٦٠ ) من هذا القانون .
