يجوز الحجز على الحقوق المالية للمؤلفين على المنشور أو المتاح للتداول من مصنفاتهم . ولا يجوز الحجز على المصنفات التى يتوفى صاحبها قبل نشرها ما لم يثبت أن إرادته كانت قد انصرفت إلى نشرها قبل وفاته .
