إذا تبين أن الاتفاق المشار إليه فى المادة ( ١٥٠ ) من هذا القانون مجحف بحقوق المؤلف أو أصبح كذلك ، لظروف طرأت بعد التعاقد ، يكون للمؤلف أو خلفه أن يلجأ إلى المحكمة الابتدائية بطلب إعادة النظر فى قيمة المقابل المتفق عليه مع مراعاة حقوق المتعاقد معه وعدم الإضرار به .
