يجوز لمصلحة التسجيل التجارى لدواعى المصلحة العامة وبعد موافقة لجنة وزارية تشكل بقرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء بناء على عرض الوزير المختص أن تصدر قرارا مسببا بمنح الغير ترخيصا إجباريا غير استئثارى باستخدام التصميم أو النموذج الصناعى المحمى وذلك مقابل تعويض عادل . وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون شروط وأوضاع وإجراءات منح هذا الترخيص .
