يجوز لمن صدر ضده الأمر أن يتظلم منه إلى رئيس المحكمة الآمر خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدوره أو إعلانه له حسب الأحوال ، ويكون لرئيس المحكمة تأييد الأمر أو إلغاؤه كليا أو جزئيا .
