لا يجوز لمنتج سلعة فى جهة ذات شهرة خاصة فى إنتاجها أن يضع مؤشرا جغرافيا على ما ينتجه من سلع شبيهة فى مناطق أخرى يكون من شأنها أن توحى بأنها منتجة فى الجهة المشار إليها .
