يستحق الموظف عند انتهاء خدمته مقابلا عن رصيد إجازاته الاعتيادية الذى تكون قبل العمل بأحكام هذا القانون ولم يستنفدها قبل انتهاء خدمته .
ويحسب المقابل النقدى على أساس الأجر الأساسى مضافا إليه العلاوات الخاصة التى كان يتقاضاها حتى تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون .
