Article 64 of the Civil Service Law

The Supreme Constitutional Court struck down this article in whole or part (case 100 of judicial year 43, hearing of 2023-11-04): that part is not law
كل موظف يحبس احتياطيا أو تنفيذا لحكم جنائى يوقف عن عمله ، بقوة القانون مدة حبسه ، ويحرم من نصف أجره إذا كان الحبس احتياطيا أو تنفيذا لحكم جنائى غير نهائى ، ويحرم من كامل أجره إذا كان الحبس تنفيذا لحكم جنائى نهائى .
وإذا لم يكن من شأن الحكم الجنائى إنهاء خدمة الموظف يعرض أمره عند عودته إلى عمله على السلطة المختصة لتقرير ما يتبع فى شأن مسئوليته التأديبية .
