يعاقب بالحبس والغرامة التى لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسمائة ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يخالف أيا من أحكام المواد أرقام (٨ ، ٩ ، ١١) من هذا القانون .
