يجرى التوزيع في كل من المجموعتين من التعويضات
المشار إليهما في الفقرة (١) من المادة ٨٣ من هذا القانون بنسبة كل
دين غير متنازع عليه. ومع ذلك تكون للأضرار المذكورة في البند
(أ) من الفقرة (١) من المادة ٨١ من هذا القانون الأولوية على غيرها
من الأضرار المذكورة في البند (ب) من الفقرة (١) من المادة ٨٣.
