على المؤمن له في جميع حالات التأمين على البضائع
إخطار المؤمن خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ تسليم البضائع المؤمن
عليها بوجود التلف تلف وإلا افترض أنه تسلمها سليمة ما لم يثبت المؤمن له
خلاف ذلك.
