Article 374 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يسري ضمان المؤمن في التأمين بالرحلة من
البدء في شحن البضائع إلى الانتهاء من تفريغها دون أن تجاوز مدة
سريان التأمين على أية حال خمسة عشر يوما من وصول السفينة إلى
المكان المقصود وإعلان الربان باستعداد السفينة لتفريغ الشحنة.
(٢) وإذا كانت السفينة فارغة من البضائع سرى ضمان المؤمن
من وقت تحركها للسفر حتى رسوها في المكان المقصود.
