Article 356 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) لا يشمل التأمين أخطار الحروب الأهلية
أو الخارجية وأعمال القرصنة والاستيلاء والاضطرابات والثورات
والإضراب والإغلاق وأعمال التخريب والإرهاب والأضرار الناشئة
بطريق مباشر أو غير مباشر عن تفجيرات أو إشعاعات نووية أيا كان
سببها إلا إذا اتفق على غير ذلك .
(٢) عدا ما نصت عليه المادة ٣٧٨ من هذا القانون لا يشمل
التأمين الأضرار التي تلحقها الأشياء المؤمن عليها للأموال الأخرى
أو الأشخاص.
