Article 316 of the Maritime Trade Law

يقع باطلا كل اتفاق يقضي باختصاص محكمة أجنبية
بنظر الدعاوى الناشئة عن الإنقاذ أو بإجراء التحكيم في هذه الدعاوى
خارج جمهورية مصر العربية وذلك إذا وقع الإنقاذ في المياه المصرية
وكانت السفينة التي قامت بالإنقاذ أو السفينة التي أنقذت تتمتع بالجنسية
المصرية.
