Article 305 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) كل عمل من أعمال الإنقاذ يعطي الحق في مكافأة
عادلة بشرط أن تؤدي إلى نتيجة نافعة، ولا يجوز أن تزيد المكافأة على
قيمة الأشياء التى أنقذت.
(٢) وإذا لم تؤد أعمال الإنقاذ إلى نتيجة نافعة التزمت السفينة
التي قدمت لها هذه الأعمال بالمصاريف التى أنفقت في هذا الشأن.
