إذا نشأ التصادم عن قوة قاهرة أو قام شك حول
أسباب وقوعه تحملت كل سفينة ما أصابها من ضرر ، ويسرى هذا
الحكم ولو كانت السفن التى وقع بينها التصادم أو كانت إحدى هذه
السفن راسية وقت وقوع الحادث.
