(١) الإرشاد إجباري في قناة السويس وفي الموانئ
المصرية التي يصدر بتعيينها قرار من الوزير المختص.
(٢) وتسري فيما يتعلق بتنظيم الإرشاد وتحديد مناطقه وتعيين
الرسوم الأصلية والإضافية التى تستحق عنه وفقا للقوانين والقرارات
الخاصة بذلك .
(٣) ويصدر بتحديد حالات الإعفاء من الالتزام بإرشاد السفن
في الموانئ المصرية قرار من الوزير المختص .
