(١) يسلم الناقل أو من ينوب عنه إيصالا
بالأمتعة التي يسلمها إليه المسافر لنقلها وتسجل هذه الأمتعة في
دفتر خاص.
(٢) وتعد من الأمتعة المسجلة السيارات وغيرها من المركبات
التى يسلمها المسافر إلى الناقل لنقلها معه على السفينة.
