إذا توفى المسافر أو قام مانع يحول دون سفره فسخ
العقد بشرط أن يخطر هو أو ورثته ، الناقل بذلك قبل الميعاد المعين
للسفر بثلاثة أيام على الأقل فإذا تم الإخطار فلا يستحق الناقل
إلا ربع الأجرة . وتسري هذه الأحكام على أفراد عائلة المسافر
وتابعيه الذين كان مقررا أن يسافروا معه إذا طلبوا ذلك .
