إذا كان المدير من المالكين فى الشيوع، كان مسئولا
فى جميع أمواله عن الديون الناشئة عن الشيوع، وإذا تعدد المديرون
كانوا مسئولين فى جميع أموالهم بالتضامن فيما بينهم، وكل اتفاق على
خلاف ذلك لا يحتج به على الغير. ويسأل المالكون غير المديرين فى
جميع أموالهم وبالتضامن فيما بينهم عن الديون الناشئة عن الشيوع ما لم
يتفق على غير ذلك، ولا يحتج بهذا الاتفاق فيما بينهم على الغير إلا من
تاريخ شهره فى صحيفة تسجيل السفينة.
