يجوز للمستأجر إنهاء عقد إيجار السفينة في أي
وقت قبل البدء في شحن البضائع مقابل تعويض المؤجر عما يلحقه
بسبب ذلك من ضرر على أن لا يجاوز التعويض قيمة الأجرة المتفق
عليها.
