إيجار السفينة عقد يلتزم بمقتضاه المؤجر بأن يضع
تحت تصرف المستأجر سفينة معينة أو جزءا منها مقابل أجرة وذلك
لمدة محددة (التأجير بالمدة) أو للقيام برحلة أو رحلات معينة (التأجير
بالرحلة).
