على وكيل الشحنة القيام بالإجراءات والتدابير التى
يستلزمها القانون للمحافظة على حقوق أصحاب الشأن في البضاعة
قبل الناقل ، وإلا افترض أنه تسلم البضاعة بالحالة والكمية المذكورتين
في سند الشحن ، ويجوز إثبات عكس هذه القرينة في العلاقة بين
وكيل الشحنة والناقل.
