(١) تسري على عقد العمل البحري الأحكام
الواردة في القوانين المتعلقة بالعمل والتأمينات الاجتماعية فيما لم يرد
في شأنه نص في هذا القانون.
(٢) ولا تسري أحكام عقد العمل البحري الواردة في هذا
القانون على الأشخاص الذين يعملون في سفن بحرية تقل حمولتها
الكلية عن عشرين طنا.
