Article 112 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) لا يجوز لأجنبي أن يعمل في سفينة تقوم
بالملاحة الساحلية أو بالقطر أو الإرشاد في الموانئ المصرية إلا بترخيص
من الإدارة البحرية المختصة.
(٢) ولا يجوز في السفن المصرية أن يزيد عدد البحارة الأجانب
والأجور المخصصة لهم على النسب التى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من
الوزير المختص.
