تلتزم الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي بفحص العاملين المعرضين للإصابة بأحد الأمراض المهنية المبينة بالجدول رقم ( ١ ) المرافق .
ويصدر وزير التأمينات بالاتفاق مع وزير الصحة قرارا بشروط وأوضاع إجراء الفحص الدوري .
وعلى الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي أن تخطر وزارة القوى العاملة بحالات الأمراض المهنية التي تظهر بين العاملين وحالات الوفاة الناشئة عنها .
