على الهيئة المختصة إحالة الطلب إلى لجنة تحكيم طبي يصدر بتشكيلها وتنظيم عملها قرار من وزير التأمينات بالاتفاق مع وزير القوى العاملة وعلى الهيئة المختصة إخطار المصاب بقرار التحكيم فور وصوله إليها ويكون هذا القرار ملزما لطرفي النزاع وعليها تنفيذ ما يترتب عليه من التزامات .
