إذا انتهت خدمة المؤمن عليه بسبب العجز الكامل أو الوفاة نتيجة إصابة عمل ، سوى المعاش بنسبة ٨٠ ./. من الأجر المنصوص عليه بالمادة ( ١٣١ ) ، وذلك مع مراعاة حكمي الفقرة الأولى من المادة ( ١٩ ) والفقرة الأخيرة من المادة ( ٢٠ ) .
ويزاد هذا المعاش بنسبة ٥ ./. كل خمس سنوات حتى بلوغ المؤمن عليه من الستين حقيقة أو حكما .
