يحدد وزير التأمينات بعد أخذ رأى مجلس الإدارة نظام ومواعيد وكيفية صرف المعاشات والجهات التي تصرف منها .
وتلتزم البنوك وبنك ناصر الاجتماعي وهيئة البريد بصرف المعاشات التي تحيلها إليها الهيئة المختصة مقابل الرسوم التي يحددها وزير التأمينات بحد أقصى قدره ٢٠٠ مليم تحملها صاحب المعاش أو المستحق .
