على صاحب العمل بناء على طلب الهيئة المختصة أن يخصم من أجر المؤمن عليه - في الحدود الجائز الحجز عليها أو النزول عنها - المبالغ التي صرفت له دون وجه حق وأن يوردها للهيئة المختصة شهريا في مواعيد سداد الاشتراكات .
