يستمر مجلس النقابة الحالى فى ممارسة اختصاصاته بصفة مؤقتة لحين إصدار اللائحة الداخلية و إتمام انتخاب مجلس النقابة الجديد وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون وذلك خلال مدة أقصاها ستة شهور من تاريخ صدوره .
وتعتبر الانتخابات التى تجرى لأول مرة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون أنها أجريت فى المواعيد التالية المنصوص عليها فى المواد ٣٣ ، ٣٧ ، ٤١ وتستمر مدتها وفقا للمدد المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٤٩
