تعفى أموال النقابة العامة والنقابات الفرعية واللجان النقابية وصندوق المعاشات والإعانات الثابتة والمنقولة ، وجميع العمليات الاستثمارية مهما كان نوعها من كافة أنواع الضرائب والرسوم والدمغة والعوائد التى تفرضها الحكومة أو أية سلطة عامة .
