الموجهين الماليين والإداريين بوزارة التربية والتعليم وان تندبهم النقابة أن يستوفوا من استيفاء رسوم دمغة النقابة ، ولهم حق المطالبة بتوقيع الجزاء الإدارى على العامل المقصر فى اقتضاء الدمغة فضلا عن مسئوليته شخصيا عن قيمتها أمام النقابة .
