يشكل التنظيم العام للنقابة على النحو التالى :
( أ ) لجنة نقابية بدائرة كل مركز أو قسم إدارى أو وحدة من الوحدات
التى تحددها اللائحة الداخلية ويكون لها جمعية عمومية ومجلس
إدارة .
( ب ) نقابة فرعية بدائرة كل محافظة ويكون لها جمعية عمومية ومجلس
إدارة . على أن المحافظات التى يوجد بها أكثر من منطقة تعليمية
فيكون لكل منطقة نقابة فرعية .
( ج ) النقابة العامة ويكون لها جمعية عمومية ومجلس إدارة وهيئة مكتب .
