لكل من العضو المقدم للتأديب ولجنة التحقيق وهيئة
التأديب أن يكلف بالحضور على محضر الشهود الذين يرى سماع شهادتهم .
فإذا تخلف أحد من هؤلاء الشهود عن الحضور بغير عذر مقبول أو حضر
وامتنع عن أداء الشهادة أو شهد زورا أمام هيئة التأديب يحال للنيابة العامة .
