يعلن العضو المقدم للتأديب بالحضور أمام الهيئة التأديبية
بخطاب موصى عليه مصحوب بعلم الوصول قبل تاريخ الجلسة بخمسة عشر
يوما على الأقل .
ويبين فى هذا الخطاب موعد انعقاد الهيئة ومكانه وموضوع التهمة
أو التهم المنسوبة إليه .
