مع مراعاة حكم المادة 12 للأب فرض السدس إذا وجد للميت ولد أو ولد ابن وإن نزل والجد الصحيح هو الذي لا يدخل في نسبته إلى الميت أنثى وله فرض السدس على الوجه المبين في الفقرة السابقة.
