العصبة مع الغير هن : الأخوات لأبوين أو لأب مع البنات أو بنات الابن وإن نزل ويكون لهن الباقي من التركة بعد الفروض.
وفي هذه الحالة يعتبرن بالنسبة لباقي العصبات كالإخوة لأبوين أو لأب ويأخذن أحكامهم في التقديم بالجهة والدرجة والقوة.
