مع مراعاة حكم المادتين 19 , 20 :
( أ ) للواحدة من الأخوات الشقيقات فرض النصف وللاثنتين فأكثر الثلثان.
( ب ) وللأخوات لأب الفرض المتقدم ذكره عند عدم وجود أخت شقيقة , ولهن – واحدة أو أكثر – السدس مع الأخت الشقيقة.
