إذا أدلى صحفي ببيانات غير صحيحة أدت إلى حصوله على معاش التقاعد أو زاول أى عمل من أعمال المهنة بعد حصوله على هذا المعاش ، يقطع عنه المعاش وتتخذ ضده الإجراءات اللازمة لاسترداد ما حصل عليه بغير حق .
