العقوبات التأديبية هى :
( ١ ) الإنذار .
( ٢ ) الغرامة بما لا تجاوز عشرين جنيها وتدفع لصندوق المعاشات والإعانات .
( ٣ ) المنع من مزاولة المهنة مدة لا تتجاوز سنة
( ٤ ) شطب الاسم من جدول النقابة ، ولا يترتب على شطب الاسم نهائيا من الجدول المساس بالمعاش المستحق .
