مدة العضوية بمجلس النقابة أربع سنوات ، وتنتهى كل سنتين عضوية نصف أعضاء المجلس ويقترع بعد نهاية السنة الثانية بين الأعضاء لإنهاء عضوية سنة منهم .
ومدة عضوية النقيب سنتان ، ولا يجوز انتخابه أكثر من مرتين متواليتين .
وتكون العضوية فى مجلس النقابة بلا أجر أو مكافأة .
