تعفى نقابة الصحفيين والنقابات الفرعية وكافة المؤسسات التابعة للنقابة من كافة الضرائب والرسوم والدمغة والعوائد وغير ذلك من التكاليف المالية مهما كان نوعها . وتعفى أموال النقابة والنقابات الفرعية الثابتة والمنقولة ، وجميع العمليات الاستثمارية مهما كان نوعها من جميع الضرائب والرسوم والدمغة والعوائد التى تفرضها الحكومة أو أى سلطة عامة .
